Anti Aging Skin Care Product- 3 Tips

Reality is this. When you try to purchase anti aging skin care products you soon realize that there are an infinite amount of products on the market to choose from. Companies know that consumers will spend a massive amount of money in order to make their skin look younger.

Anti aging skin cream and the field of plastic surgery are the same in the respect that billions are spent by consumers each year in hopes of bringing back a more youthful appearance.

When talking about the skin care market, nearly a billion dollars is spent every year by consumers who fall victim to manufacturers who market products just so they can increase their bottom line without showing any real interest in the consumer.

With this being said, don’t lose faith because there are some excellent products on the market. Well, how do you know which products to buy? I wrote this article in order to help you to make an informed decision when purchasing skin care products.

#1

When purchasing products, you should avoid those that contain fragrances. Why? Even though these anti aging skin care products may have a pleasant smell, the pleasant smell is created by toxins which, when applied to the skin, can cause long term damage. How do they cause long term damage? Your skin is porous and when the creams are applied to the skin, these toxins are soaked up by your body and enter your bloodstream which can unknowingly affect your health.

Use perfume or some other type of spray if your desires is to smell pretty and not cause unexpected damage to your body. Why? When you use perfume or a body spray, you can apply this to very lightly with just a couple of sprays to your body or clothes where as with an anti aging skin cream product, you will apply these toxins to your entire face and body.

#2

If an anti aging skin care product contains collagen, you will want to stay away from those as well. The break down of collagen in your body is the reason that your skin begins to wrinkle and age. This is one of the ways that these companies are taking advantage of their consumer. What? That does not make any sense.

I’ll explain. The size of the collagen molecules is the key. Whereas toxins are small enough to be absorbed by your skin, the molecules that collagen is composed of are larger than your bodies pores and thus they cannot be absorbed by the skin. The result is that the user will receive no real benefit from using them. You do not need a product that applies collagen to the top of your skin, but one that helps the skin to regenerate and begin to produce more collagen.

#3

The key to any successful business is marketing, and the companies that manufacturer anti aging skin care products realize this and thus they spend more money on marketing products instead of producing products that their consumers will actually benefit from the most. Examples are the glamorous packing that these skin care products are contained in as well as the types of people that are paid to promote these products such as models or singers just to name a few. These companies realize that if they can appeal to consumer’s interest in celebrities, whether it is through print, radio, or TV, their products will sell.

Just watch commercials for an example of this. Who do they have advertising for them? Singers, models, athletes, movie stars, etc. The latest skin care products are sold by who and how much do you think they are paid for their effort and advertisement?

Millions you say? I agree and not to mention royalties and all at the benefit of the consumer. In order to pay for these types of advertisements, these companies must and do raise the price of their products costing the consumer valuable money out of their pockets. How can you avoid this? In my opinion, the small companies that have not spent millions of dollars in advertisements, but who instead invested in the quality of there product and are not as widely known, are the best route to go when looking to purchase anti aging skin care products.

The result of not having to pay millions for some infamous person to advertise their products is that these smaller companies actually take pride in their products. It is my opinion that a smaller company that produces an anti aging skin care product which does not contain toxins or collagen and has not been approved by a celebrity, will not only be more beneficial to the pocketbooks of consumers, but also to the health of consumers. By buying from companies whose goal is to benefit the consumer and not to appeal to their glamour side is where consumers will fare much better.

Anti Aging Skin Care Products - Do the Work?

“It’s my life and I’ll do what I want!” You used to blast The Animal’s song at top notch in your youth. But now your delicate fifty-year-old skin is showing telltale signs of eye wrinkles, skin tightening and skin damage. Suddenly, many Americans are wishing they could go back in time and replace the baby oil beach days with sunscreen and shade-producing umbrellas. All those years of smoking didn’t help either, but a thirty year habit is hard to kick. The good news is that there is a plethora of anti aging skin care products on the market and you don’t have to be Demi Moore or George Clooney to be able to afford these products.

As we age, not only are we exposed to more cumulative sunlight, which is responsible for 90% of all skin changes, but there is a breakdown of DNA, collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and other supporting molecules in the dermis. Into our fifties, oil glands will secrete less frequently, and we’ll experience uncomfortable skin tightening, in addition to noticing lines and wrinkles. When shopping for anti aging skin products, don’t overlook the importance of a daily moisturizer. In fact, moisturizers can help restore the skin’s elasticity, easing wrinkles and creating softer, smoother skin. Ingredients like petrolatum, glycerin, hyaluronic acid and cyclomethicone encourage your skin’s water retention. Many dermatologists also recommend Vaseline Petroleum Jelly Cream, avoiding hot or frequent showers and substituting bar soap with a moisturizing body wash.

You may have also noticed a wrinkle reducer cream among the skin care products. These are generally comprised of cell damage reversing antioxidants like vitamin A (retinoids), B, C or E that are intended to neutralize free radicals and stimulate your body’s natural collagen production. As you know, collagen injections are a popular and relatively inexpensive way of bolstering your skin’s rejuvenation process. You can try Neutrogena’s Healthy Skin Anti Wrinkle Cream, Retinol or L’Oreal’s Line Eraser. Alpha Hydroxy Acids are a less potent first line defense against skin aging and Peptide products like StriVectin, Olay’s Regenerist Serum or Estée Lauder’s Perfectionist are cosmeceuticals that also stimulate natural collagen production.

Skin aging is not always caused by skin tightening. Another sign of aging is the emergence of acne, age spots or skin discoloration. For this, topical retinoids may calm a skin breakout caused by fluctuating hormones. Alpha or Beta Hydroxy exfoliants can encourage skin cell turnover, revealing more radiant skin. Hydroquinone is an effective skin bleaching cream that gradually removes age spots too. For severe cases, a dermatologist may be able to do a microdermabrasion procedure for about $200, sanding off dead cells to stimulate younger looking skin development. Laser surgery is a more expensive procedure that essentially does the same thing but offers less risk of scarring or skin damage.

Many consumers are befuddled by the wide ranging prices of anti aging skin care products. Most dermatologists concede that younger looking skin can be achieved with the average products you’d find at a supermarket, such as Cetaphil, Neutrogena and Oil of Olay. “If you want to pay so that when someone walks into your bathroom they see a $400 jar of face cream on your shelf, that’s what you’re paying for,” says Dr. Vesna Petronic-Rosic, assistant professor of dermatology at the University of Chicago. “But if you put Cetaphil on your skin every day, twice a day, it’s going to achieve the same effect.” They add that a lot of the “cost” in cosmetics is the packaging and advertising, or sometimes difficult to prepare ingredients, which, by the way, aren’t any more effective in skin regeneration.

So the big question is; do Wrinkle Creams really get rid of wrinkles? And if they do which is the best Anti Wrinkle Cream? To find out which ones are best and to read our wrinkle cream reviews, visit botoxinjection-facts.com/anti-wrinkle-cream-reviews

The Truth About Antiaging HGH

antiaging HGH

In this day and age, people seem willing to try anything, even antiaging HGH to reduce the signs of aging. Many people don’t realize that aging is a natural process. Getting older is a normal part of life that is actually quite revered in most cultures around the world. In our Western world, however, we run hard and fast in the opposite direction of aging and take all sorts of products to stave off this process for as long as possible.

Unlike antiaging lotion or other antiaging health products, antiaging HGH is actually taken through an injection of a hormone. This inhibits the patient’s own production of human growth hormone and actually slows down the aging process. Does this process sound dangerous? It should. There are many side effects to taking antiaging HGH, including high blood pressure, soft tissue swelling, muscle weakness and even arthritis.  Isn’t it ironic that all these symptoms develop after taking a product that is supposed to reduce signs of aging?

People who take an anti aging hormone typically are desperate to avoid the signs of aging and are willing to try just about anything to postpone the effects of natural aging.  The slew of medical problems anti aging hormone treatment can cause should be enough to scare people off of antiaging HGH, but it isn’t.

Antiaging HGH is a quick fix for fighting signs of aging and we all know that quick fixes never work. Taking vitamins and nutrients is the physically sound way to take on the signs of aging.

Consequently, people turn to HGH with the hope that this antiaging human growth hormone medicine will actually work to slow down the clock. Of course, this ignores the fact that any sort of tinkering with the body’s internal mechanisms, especially for the purpose of simply reducing signs of aging, is dangerous. HGH anti aging ignores this advice.

Only take antiaging HGH if you are aware of the side effects. These side effects are often worse than the aging process itself and can cause major problems. With antiaging HGH, always follow the instructions and take care when using the product.

The Beauty of an Effective Anti-Aging Skin Care Guide

If you want to follow a workable anti-aging skin care guide, don’t overdo anything.

It should be kept as simple and smart as possible. You don’t have to go over the top for anything like sitting around for hours with an elaborate face pack.

Stick to certain basic simple tips and your face will keep that youthful look for years to come.

There are also certain products which work very well as anti aging skin care items but that will be discussed later in the write up. The following methods will help you retain your beautiful skin.

Step 1 If you like to tan you’re your skin then be careful that you don’t tan too much. A certain amount of sun exposure is good for your skin and tanned skin looks beautiful too.

But on those days when the sun is too strong, keep the face protected by wearing a hat. And please don’t depend too much on the sunscreen lotions.

These products often have a lot of chemicals that can be harmful for the skin. Remember that only a certain amount of heating is good but not very much.

Step 2 As is proven clinically, drink plenty of water to keep the skin fresh and youthful. But yes, don’t drink too much of it. Also many people cannot avail of very good drinkable water that is filtered. Water straight out of the tap is not good for your health at all.

Our skin happens to be the largest body organ and the body contains 70 percent water. So drink around 8 glasses of water to keep the skin fresh and supple.

Step 3 The third point to remember is a proper healthy diet. Follow a diet rich in leafy green vegetables spinach and broccoli. Free radicals are responsible for skin aging.

These are very troublesome destructive molecules in the body and harm our cells and skin. This is manifested in the form of skin aging. The free of free radicals can be countered with leafy green vegetables that contain antioxidants.

Antiaging Foods -Free Radicals And Antioxidants

Your body needs specific nutrients to remain healthy. Antiaging foods are packed with the vitamins and minerals you need to maintain health.  Eating the wrong foods and exposure to excessive pollutants increases the free radicals in our body. The best anti aging foods contain antioxidants that help your body to mop up the free radicals.

Free Radicals

A free radical is basically an unstable molecule that runs astray. These molecules set about puncturing membranes, weakening arteries and attacking DNA. All contributors to the aging process.  While free radicals do occur naturally and burn food for energy, they are also generated by UV radiation, alcohol, environmental pollutants, cigarettes, damaged oils and food additives.

Anti-oxidants.

Anti oxidants provide protection from free radicals. Insufficient anti oxidants in our diet can cause what is known as oxidative stress. This is most damaging at the cellular level where the cell membrane becomes less able to deliver nutrients and remove wastes. Free radicals deplete enzymes by destroying proteins and alter DNA. The precursor of cancer.

Antioxidants And Anti Aging Foods

The main ways to replenish antioxidants into your healthy diet is by, consuming anti oxidant based supplements - essential nutrients, and by healthy eating of anti oxidant rich foods such as;

Berries - All blue and black berries, blueberries, blackberries, prunes and black currants contain antioxidants and are powerful antiaging foods.
Top of the list is the goji berry, with an ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) score of 25,000 that is 1000% more than blueberries. They also contain more vitamin c than citrus and have the highest level of cartenoids of any plant.

Cruciferous vegetables - These vegetables include broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, radish watercress and Kale. kale is the best antioxidant vegetable with the highest levels of lutein of any food - eye nutrition. Best eaten raw they should be consumed on a daily basis, you can use just one or a combination, work on about 110 - 120gm per serve.

Avocado - Avocado is an excellent antiaging food and source of vitamin E.  Helps to maintain healthy skin and prevent skin from aging .

Chocolate! - Cocoa has been used therapeutically for hundreds of years and now we understand why it has proved beneficial. Dark chocolate containing 70% cocoa is among the most powerful antioxidants in the world with a ORAC of 13,500. Try to find chocolate-coated goji berries.
Note; This does not apply to milk chocolate, adding milk to chocolate negates any anti-oxidant effects, sorry.

Don’t Forget about Vitamin K for Anti Aging Benefits

Vitamin K just may well be the forgotten vitamin for anti aging benefits compared to all of its popular counterparts. It is likely that not too many of us could even recall the benefits of Vitamin K or what it can do for our skin, unless of course you are a health professional and know that it benefits greatly as a coagulant. It’s hard to believe, but for a long time we were unsure of the amounts of vitamin k we were supposed to consume to be healthy. However, recent studies have shown that Vitamin K is an anti aging powerhouse and it does a lot more than previously thought to combat dark circles, eye puffiness and eye wrinkles.

Research has shown recently that vitamin k is actually a powerful antioxidant known said to be stronger than Vitamin E or Coenzyme Q10. So having a Vitamin K cream at your disposal is going to be very beneficial for your anti aging regimen as many of us have Vitamin K deficiencies.

Research indicates that as we age we suffer from inflammation and hormone increase and decrease, causing the effects of aging to show on our face. Interleukin-6 is one of those hormones that increases which, in effect, causes inflammation. Adding Vitamin K to your diet will help reduce this inflammation that causes aging as well as prevent many degenerative diseases.

Dark circles show up because of leaking capillaries that show up under the thinning under eye area. Vitamin K is especially useful for constricting those capillaries to reduce the appearance of under eye dark circles dark circles. If for only this reason, a Vitamin K eye cream should be considered as part of your anti aging regimen.

The best food sources of Vitamin K are green leafy vegetables. Consider adding these Vitamin K-dense foods to your diet:

Turnip greens, broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, cooked spinach, and asparagus.

Always remember the benefits of Vitamin K. It is beneficial to consume as many vitamins as possible as they all work together to benefit our skin. But when used to target a particular problem like dark circles and the many other annoying effects of aging on our skin, Vitamin K should not be forgotten whether we get it from our food or from our favorite Vitamin K eye cream.

How To Get Rid Of Dark Eye Circles At Home

Our bodies have several ways of showing our age but few are more noticeable than dark circles under our eyes.  Treating these droopy, under eye bags is a challenge many of us struggle to overcome.

Today, there is so much pressure to look younger we see celebrities have a number of surgeries and procedures just to look ten years younger. Dark circles under the eyes are an obvious sign of aging so if you’ve given up trying the latest and greatest products to roll back the years, perhaps you’re interested in some alternative solutions.

The best place to start is to eliminate those few bad habits and practice better, healthier ones. Try adding healthy behaviors like diet and exercise into your skin care plan and see a noticeable difference. Over the course of our lives, it becomes easy for some of us to abuse our body’s ability to fight off harmful toxins and substances. Your routine is a way of maximizing the potential of both your body and skin so they can last longer. Every day you follow your routine, you’ll be helping your skin sustain its health well into your golden years.

The Key to Aging Gracefully

Our society is obsessed with aging and how to control it.  But should we really be trying to over come it?  Or should we simply be trying to do what is best for our bodies?

A lot of research has shown that if we are happier people will think that we are healthy.  Have you ever had a really good time with your friends, laughed loads and then someone totally out of the blue asks if you have lost weight or had a new haircut.  This is because the happy, relaxed you is beaming through and you appear healthier.

So how do we appear healthy all of the time, or at least as much of the time as possible? We must reconsider the basics.  Firstly, we are what we eat.  This does not mean that to look healthy you need to give up all fun things and live off mineral water, supplements and salads.  But you do need to give some parts of your bodies a little extra attention.Firstly, you must realise how important your skin is to how you look and feel.  Looking after your skin is not necessarily about buying expensive creams and starting complicated skin care routines.  One of the most important things for healthy skin is water, dehydrated skin will look older. So instead of grabbing a tea, coffee or soft drink, go for a glass water.  Also, dehydration is thought to be the cause of ninety five percent of all headaches, and there is little that affects our appearance as much as living with pain, especially the niggling pain of headaches.  So water is an essential.  It sounds obvious, but it is amazing how many of us get lazy about water.

There is another simple and quick step to looking that little bit healthier and younger instantly.Just before you put on your coat you need to take an extra minuet to look at your self and see how cracking you look.  Quickly check that you hair is fine, that your make up is not smudged, your collar not uneven.  Then walk out of the door with a smile on your face knowing that you look good, don’t wonder if you look good, believe that you do.

The last recommendation to looking and feeling younger is to walk well.  This may sound daft, but the difference between walking tall and slouching is huge.  Firstly, biologically, you will get more air in your lungs so your blood will be better oxygenated and you will feel more energetic.  Secondly, your clothes will all hang better.  Also, by holding your rib cage correctly you will find that you waist is instantly more defined.

So there are the three, totally free simple steps to aging gracefully and to instantly looking younger and healthier.
